Catering Term 1 and 2

During the course of this term, the learners from the Level 1 Cooking Skills class have created some amazing food and learnt about how to stay safe and healthy working in a professional kitchen. Here are members of the class completing their Level 1 Certificate in Food and Hygiene and Level 2. The class have mastered Rice Crispy Cakes, Cupcakes, a Christmas cake that they are feeding each with cranberry juice all the way up to Christmas!
