Liberty College in Margate is calling for isle businesses to help inspire its learners.
The college works with high needs post-16 learners up to the age of 25.
It hopes to gain support from employers to offer young people work experience or to come into the college as a guest speaker and share your career journey.
Another option is to offer an industry experience, where a small group of learners and staff visit your workplace to see what you do in action.
College spokesperson Heather Keenagh said: “Liberty College is always looking for ways to collaborate with local employers, and we know that real experiences with employers can make a real difference.
“They help our learners understand the world of work, build confidence, and develop ideas about what they may like to do in the future.
“At Liberty College, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to better themselves. We help young people aged 16-25 develop employability and life skills in a fun and friendly way, using a combination of activities, hands-on learning and unique teaching methods.”
