Worry Box

If you are worried about anything, struggling with a thought or idea that has made you uncomfortable then please use the worry box below, if you have a worry about anything at all!

The 'Worry Box' will be checked daily - Monday to Friday during college hours. This will allow a member of the safeguarding team to get back to you as soon as possible. If you'd prefer to email us your worry, please email the wellbeing team HERE

During holidays or even outside of school hours (e.g evening or weekends) the 'Worry Box' will not be checked. Therefore, it is really important that if you are feeling distressed or you are worried you please contact Shout or Kooth. 

Shout is great as you can text free on 85258. They have trained Shout volunteers and are available to help anyone with depression, anxiety, abuse, panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, relationship problems and bullying.

Kooth is another really popular resource that is very helpful, they are an online mental wellbeing community – for Young People.
