We are proud to have a highly motivated and dedicated staff team, all of whom are truly passionate about creating an exciting, fun and supportive learning environment where our learners feel safe and welcome whilst achieving qualifications to help them when they transition to employment.

Our devoted team works hard to reach high standards in everything we do and strives to maintain successful relationships with the local community and other local schools, colleges, training providers and employers. We work with our learners to plan their next steps, helping them progress into their chosen occupation or education placement when they leave Liberty. We firmly believe that education is a partnership between home and school and regard parents as an active partner in their child's education and value their support.

At Liberty College, our learners are enthusiastic and motivated to achieve endless possibilities. Our learners are at the heart of every decision we make to ensure that they are happy, confident and that the opportunities that are provided for them are relevant to their needs both now and in the future. Our students are involved in the decisions we make through constant feedback processes, such as our Youth Participation Group, so that we can ensure the service we provide meets their needs both as a learning community, and as individuals.
